| Question: |

|
| Answer: |
- Doctor's orders (Prescription)
- Insurance cards
- Old braces or orthotics
- Comfortable shorts

| Question: |
Does my insurance cover this procedure?
|
| Answer: |
Each insurance policy is different. We will perform a Bio mechanical Evaluation and submit the "codes" to the Billing Department, who then will follow-up individually to discuss the findings of coverage availability.

| Question: |
What is the "Life Expectancy" of the Orthosis?
|
| Answer: |
It depends on the materials used. Some soft materials compress quickly and need adjustments or replacements periodically. Other, more rigid materials will remain in their original state for years. However, we recommend a maintenance appointment every 6 months to a year. This will ensure alignment and cushioning is functioning at it's best.
